Sketches of Music is an immersive performance series that pairs world-class musicians with amazing visual artists, collaborating in real time to create a singular, unrepeatable experience. As the music unfolds, a visual artwork is born—shaped by rhythm, emotion and improvisation—right before your eyes.

Blending ‘Live’ performance, visual storytelling, and audience engagement, Sketches of Music invites viewers into the creative moment itself. Whether experienced in person or via livestream, each event offers a powerful, intimate encounter with the arts—deepening connection, sparking conversation, and celebrating the vitality of contemporary ‘Live’ artistic collaboration

Jill Clarke

A versatile pianist with three decades of media expertise, Jill’s career spans producing the award-winning series Nature, scripting and producing PBS fundraisers, and managing sales at BBC Studios. Her background in production, audience development, as well as concert film archival work for the legendary Apollo Theater in New York, defines her as a powerhouse of creative and strategic editorial leadership.

Jeanne Ricks

28+ years of experience as a guitarist, singer and   composer/producer whose songs have been recorded by George Benson, Bob James, Chaka Khan. She had a #1 jazz hit ‘War & Insufficient Peace.’ Composed for Francis Ford Coppola’s Assassination Tango, chosen as a ‘fan favorite’ for her Smooth Jazz Guitar instrumentals played on The Weather Channel.

And she was chosen as a ‘fan favorite’ for her Smooth Jazz guitar instrumentals, that play on The Weather Channel. Her songs have been recorded by icons including Chaka Khan, Anita Pointer, Tony Ransom, Nick Colionne, and her work has been championed by jazz titan Bob James, who praises her “deep artistry and rich harmonies.”
